- Images: Photos you take or upload for repair analysis. These are processed by our AI service to provide repair guidance.
- Text Descriptions: Information you provide about items needing repair, including descriptions, symptoms, and make/model details.
- Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, transaction details are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We receive confirmation of purchases but not payment card details.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Anonymous Identifier: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create a random, anonymous identifier for your device. This is not linked to your personal identity.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including features accessed and session duration.
- Device Information: Basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide Services: Process your images and descriptions through AI to generate repair guidance.
- Manage Your Account: Track your credit balance and subscription status.
- Improve Our Service: Analyze usage patterns to improve the app experience.

Important: Images you submit are processed in real-time by our AI service and are NOT stored permanently on our servers. They are used only for the immediate purpose of generating repair guidance.

- Images: Not stored. Processed in real-time and discarded.
